'Point Eight' House Remodelling

Caistor, Lincolnshire
Completed 2015
Private Client

A reworking of a 1960’s bungalow. The existing pitch roof was re-covered and the external brick walls were extended up to form a new parapet.

Internally, the space was reconfigured to create an open-plan living area with large openings in the south elevation which open the house up to the garden and stream.
Recently a new oak clad extension at first floor has been constructed to provide additional living accommodation and a master bedroom suite. Each space has decked terraces that enjoy views of the Lincolnshire Wolds to the west.
