1-3 Bigby St, Brigg

The proposal was to convert a former bank premises into retail and office use.

As the building is listed and also lies within the Brigg Conservation Area, great consideration had to be given to the exterior elevation and the way the interior had to be divided.

The results are modern offices which comply with current building and fire regulations whilst retaining the original character of the building.
