Cleethorpes Promenade

We envisage a scheme which builds on the great tradition of the English seaside resort and the special qualities of Cleethorpes in particular.

It is a scheme which respects that people have a choice whether it be a bacon buttie, coffee and cake or a posh dinner. We wish to promote activity throughout the day, from breakfasts on the terrace to glitzy night time functions.

Proposed routes plug into the existing linear arrangement of the pier gardens, linking them via generous viewing terraces to the central promenade and beach.

Our scheme retains the current mix of uses respecting their existing customers within a radically improved setting.
