New headquarters, Immingham

Hodson Architects were commissioned after a succesful competitive tender to design Graypen's new headquarters in Immingham.

The 2 storey building will offer well designed light filled spaces which can be easily adapted.  The upper floor is the main working area. It is open plan to allow the varied departments to communicate effectively with each other. The more cellular ground floor contains essential supporting services and facilities, such as meeting rooms, storage, admin and accounts departments.

The building itself will take the form of a sweeping solid arc over a glass box with exposed steelwork and an external first floor walkway overlooking the garden area.
